To maintain high service standards and minimize failed deliveries, we operate on a Partial Cash on Delivery model:

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): A partial advance payment of Rs. 300 is mandatory to confirm all COD orders. The remaining balance will be collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery.
Payment Channels: You can send your advance payment via JazzCash or EasyPaisa to 0304-7333677.
Confirmation Process: After placing your order, please share a screenshot of your Rs. 300 payment receipt on our official WhatsApp (0304-7333677). Your order will not be dispatched until this partial payment is verified.

Accurate Details: Please double-check your complete shipping address and contact number at checkout.
Courier Contact: The courier representative will call you before attempting delivery. Please keep your phone reachable.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails because the customer was unreachable or provided an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply for the second attempt.
Third-Party Delays: While we guarantee timely dispatch, Zulfara is not responsible for unexpected delays caused entirely by the courier company's operational constraints or regional situations.

All Zulfara oil bottles come with a professionally sealed cap to ensure 100% leak-proof delivery. Products are further wrapped in secure, breakage-resistant packaging so they reach your doorstep in perfect, pristine condition.
